We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade bags. Each piece is carefully created with attention to detail and love. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our products, we have a limited cancellation window.

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at Webhin.care@gmail.com or message us via website chat with your order number.

After 6 hours, we begin processing or crafting your order, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided for assessment.

Once your return is approved, you may ship the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color (if available) or in the case of damaged or defective items.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Ensure the product is in unused, original condition.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized bags.

  • Products bought during a sale or with a discount code.
